The 2022 APAL Awards for Excellence are now open for nominations!
These awards recognise the outstanding contributions of those who help shape our industry in their respective fields.
Nominations close 23 March, 2022.
2022 Award Categories
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Grower of the year
- Young grower of the year
- Women in horticulture
- Researcher and extension provider of the year
- Marketer of the year – Expanded to include domestic and export initiatives and will encompass the former Exporter of the Year award.
- Emerging Marketer of the Year (new category for 2022) – A pathway for new and emerging talent and ideas in our industry.
Anyone can submit a nomination. You are allowed to nominate yourself.
All nominations will be assessed by the APAL Nominations Committee. The Board of APAL will determine the successful award recipients. The award will only be granted if outstanding candidates are identified. Nominees must meet one or more of the criteria for their chosen award.
Individuals can be nominated for multiple categories. When completing the nomination form please ensure to address the selection criteria for all the categories.
